Dubai-based manufacturer Resolute Dynamics is scaling its fleet safety operations into Malaysia and Singapore. The company provides specialized hardware, including speed limiters and GPS tracking, to help commercial transport operators meet evolving regional regulatory standards.
In Malaysia, the firm is supporting compliance with the Road Transport Department’s mandate for speed limitation devices on heavy goods vehicles and buses. Resolute Dynamics is an authorized provider of these UN R89-compliant systems, which are currently eligible for tax-based capital allowances until the end of 2026.
The company is also addressing new requirements in Singapore, where lorries between 3,501kg and 12,000kg must now be equipped with speed limiters set to 60 km/h. Resolute Dynamics offers on-site installation and operator training to assist fleet managers in navigating these legislative updates.
Governments across Southeast Asia are increasingly tightening heavy vehicle regulations to reduce traffic accidents and improve road safety.
