Jesse Shapiro Appointed Manager of Workers' Compensation at Kornbluth Ginsberg

With over two decades of legal experience, Shapiro previously represented insurance carriers and employers. This background provides him with a tactical understanding of defense strategies, which he now applies to advocate for injured workers.

Shapiro holds leadership positions within the North Carolina Advocates for Justice and the North Carolina Bar Association. His appointment aligns with the firm's focus on managing high-stakes litigation and settlement negotiations within the state's industrial commission system.
