BarnPilot has expanded its mobile equestrian platform to include integrated barn monitoring capabilities. The update allows users to view live camera feeds alongside horse health records, schedules, and ride data within a single interface.
The new monitoring suite features two primary tools: Watcher and Sentinel. Watcher provides ongoing awareness of barn activity, while Sentinel allows users to define specific visible conditions—such as movement or position—that trigger alerts based on defined criteria.
Developed by Scott Morvay, the system aims to consolidate fragmented data sources into a centralized command center. It currently supports third-party fixed camera hardware, with plans for proprietary hardware and desktop integration in development.
